1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable European legislation, customers have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items returned incomplete, damaged, soiled, or altered will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Return procedure
Before returning any item, the customer must contact Casa Karma by email in order to receive the necessary return instructions. No return will be accepted without prior approval.
4. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the customer will be informed of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be issued using the original method of payment within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the returned item.
6. Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including personalized products, gift cards, and any product explicitly marked as non-returnable on its product page.
7. Defective items or order errors
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact Casa Karma within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the affected product. In such cases, return and reshipping costs will be fully covered by Casa Karma.
